On the evening of
August 6, 2008, Members of the Fire Company along with family and friends
gathered at the Firefighter's Clubhouse
for a promotion ceremony. Lieutenant Todd Myers was promoted to
the rank of Captain and was assigned to
Weatogue Station.
Lieutenant Paul Kelley was promoted to the rank of Captain and
was assigned to the
Main Station. The Simsbury
Volunteer Fire Company congratulates Captain Myers and Captain
Kelley on their promotions and we wish them all the
best with their new duties.
